BUD PISTON KITS - 2-STROKE and 4-STROKE PISTON KITS

The 2-stroke new improved piston is made from new materials for more compression, durability and motocross engines performance and has been specifically developed for racing. High silicone percentage, designed to reduce seizure risks, coming complete with anti-friction treatment. They come supplied with new ring, clips and pin.

The new Bud Racing 4-stroke standard and high compression pistons are also available for your motocross engines. New range of forged pistons using revolutionary computerised manufacturing technique coming from GP and F1 races. Piston kits are sold complete with ring, wrist pin and circlips.

BUD RACING HEADS

Bud heads offer more cooling and more horsepower for your motocross engines performance. They are delivered with one insert to suit 98 octane unleaded or Elf BFK07 fuel. For KTM, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha coming in the colour suited to each brand. They are supplied with one insert, o ring kit and hardware.

REED BLOCKS

The new V-force 3 reed blocks are used by all top riders around the world including Stewart, Carmichael, Reed and others. Replacement carbon reeds are available which improve motocross engines performance with special bi-axial carbon material for a longer life-time. Not just for the main brands but also Husqvarna, Gas and TM.

IGNITIONS

Get the best out of your motocross engines with Vortex ignitions - programmed to suit premium unleaded and Elf. Or try the Superior Burn Technology of the I-Cat to extract maximum motocross performance from the engines and gain more horsepower.

ROD KITS

These high-performance motocross rod kits to suit, KTM, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki engines and come complete with clutch hubs. Billet CNC machined, high resistant special treatment, better lubrication and feel, they are available for KTM, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, and Kawasaki motocross engines.

 

EXHAUSTS - FACTORY PIPES AND SILENCERS

For a better response at low-end and power improvement, motocross exhaust pipes are developed by BUD and manufactured by HGS, one of the best team suppliers in Europe. Each motocross exhaust pipe is developed taking into account the bike's weaknesses, and the lack of power of OEM exhaust pipes.

Bud Racing silencers are made from Carbon-Kevlar, ultra lightweight, metal parts are nickel plated and non corrosive treated. Our new models are rivet-free for a better durability and easier access for repacking. They are all FIM legal. If you prefer alloy construction we have the alloy HGS silencer for superior performance.

Bud 4 stroke motocross exhaust pipes are tested off and on the track with the help of the best riders. They are made from stainless steel - aluminium - carbon for better durability and lighter weight. Mufflers and collectors are hand-made and are used by Gautier, Paulin, David Vuilleman and Sebastian Pourcei some of Europe's best riders.
